The town of Locarno, which is extremely attractive to visitors, was built on the left side of the extensive Maggia delta. The whole region, thanks to its geographical characteristics, can be easily explored on foot, by bike, by cable car, by boat or by bus. On several hundred kilometers of footpaths, nature trails, routes for experienced mountain hikers or comfortable and relaxing walks, one discovers a region with countless attractions. Grischina Lago
The newly built residence with urban appeal is located on the lake and at the same time in the middle of greenery on the outskirts of the city. To the east lies the Parco della Pace bordering the Lido, to the south the forest of the Golf Club Locarno, to the north a private park and on the west side an already existing forest. Thanks to its strategic position, Piazza Grande – the center of Locarno – can be easily reached during an invigorating walk along the lake, where, among other things, the beautiful Camellia Park and the regional port are located.
